Online Payments

• All online payments on this Website are processed securely through an authorized payment gateway licensed in the United Arab Emirates.

• If a transaction is submitted on a weekend or a non-working public holiday, the reversal or refund (where applicable) will be processed on the next working business day.
• For the avoidance of doubt, online payments made through this Website do not constitute a confirmation of sale or create any contractual rights to a property unit. They serve solely as a convenience facility to allow clients to make payments or booking deposits quickly and efficiently. Any disputes, refunds, or related considerations shall be handled strictly in accordance with the terms of the applicable OTP, SPA, and RERA regulations.
